RÉSERVE Rosé 2016 Cuvée Virginie

TASTING:
A pretty pale pink robe with a peach hue for this rosé with white fruit notes. The fresh and supple mouthfeel finishes with a pleasant citrus-flavoured tautness.

GRAPE VARIETIES:
60 % Grenache, 27 % Cinsault, 10 % Rolle, 3 % Syrah.

VINIFICATION:
Destemming, short maceration. Pneumatic pressing, selection of first tasting juices. Decanting of worts at 15° for 24 h. Silt removal. Fermentation 18°.

FOOD PAIRING:
Serve between 10° and 12°. This rosé blends delicately with sushis and sashimis or Provencal stuffed vegetables.
