RÉSERVE Rosé 2018 Cuvée Virginie

TASTING:
This blend with a dominant Grenache note presents a pale pink robe. The nose, complex and delicately fresh, develops notes of strawberry and forest fruits. The full mouthfeel is marked by a fine minerality, leading onto a collection of nicely ripe red fruits.

GRAPE VARIETIES:
75 % Grenache, 20 % Cinsault, 5 % Tibouren.

VINIFICATION:
Destemming, short maceration. Pneumatic pressing, selection of first tasting juices. Decanting of worts at 15° for 24 h. Silt removal. Fermentation 18°.

FOOD PAIRING:
Serve between 10° and 12°, which goes with almost everything! This typically Provençal heart rosé will make a wonderful aperitif and will liven up your convivial moments in all simplicity around a sea ursinade, an aioli or a Mediterranean fish grill. It goes perfectly with tuna or beef carpaccio, zucchini flower fritters, small Provencal stuffings, ratatouille, lamb skewers, but also sushi and sashimi, quiche or savoury pancakes. Let yourself be surprised at dessert with a strawberry or a gratin of fruits in sabayon..
